Jazz Fest Sarajevo is an international music festival founded in 1997. Throughout its history, it has presented over 1,000 artists from 65 countries, including more than 120 musicians from Bosnia and Herzegovina. Renowned names from the global music scene have performed at Jazz Fest programs, and in addition to concerts, the festival has organized numerous educational activities for young musicians, students, school and preschool children. Jazz Fest Sarajevo is the recipient of the prestigious EJN Award for Adventurous Programming (2019), as well as numerous awards for the festival’s poster designs. It is the oldest international music festival and one of the most important international cultural events in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
